The Hotel dei Pini is a modern Sardinian Resort overlooking a white sand beach four miles from Alghero beside the Porto Conte Natural Park. Alghero Airport (AHO) is four miles (10 minutes by car) from the hotel. The hotel is located directly on the beach at the edge of a 30,000 square meter pine forest. Scuba diving into the reef beside the hotel can be arranged. Guests can also pay for an activity card which includes limited hours bike, canoe, tennis court and pedal boat rental, one hour of Internet, and a windsurfing lesson. Also nearby is the Arca di Noe Natural Park (seven miles away) with its Caves of Neptune.Looking out over the bay, the Main Bar and Restaurant features Italian and Mediterranean cuisine including specialties such as spaghetti alle vongole and an extensive wine list served in a modern ambience decorated in warm colors. The Beach Bar and Restaurant serves Mediterranean dishes and snacks alfresco. A tennis court and fitness centre is located in the pine wood. Parking is complimentary.
