Surrounding Area

This charming, six-unit complex is just off A-1-A and two short blocks to our award-winning Blue Wave beach. It is centrally located just 15 minutes north of Fort Lauderdale and 15 minutes south of Boca Raton.

Miles of shoreline allow for long, uninterrupted runs or walks. Looking north, you’ll see our fishing pier and lighthouse. It’s a short walk to dozens of great local restaurants, shops, boat rentals, diving/snorkeling boats, party and charter fishing boats, day spa, gym, gourmet fish store, pharmacy, banks and more. The new CitiCenter shopping mall, movies, tennis, historic air park for private planes and the Good Year Blimp base and 36-hole golf course are a five-minute drive. The new smoke-free ISLE Casino, next door to Pompano Harness Track, is a 10-minute drive. I-95 is a 10-minute drive for easy access to all of South Florida business centers, shopping and attractions.

Activities:

Water: Walk across the beach road to award-winning “Blue Wave” beach with picnic and play areas and lifeguards; snorkel and dive trips 3x daily; charter fishing boats, party fishing boats, public fishing pier, surfing, jet skis and boat rentals, gambling cruises.

Restaurants: some of the best restaurants in all of South Florida are a short walk or drive away. Dozens of really good ones, including waterfront dining, in all price ranges.

Shopping: walk to local beach shops. Drive to many high-end shopping malls, trendy Las Olas Boulevard, also Sawgrass Mills outlet mall, Swap Shop world’s largest outdoor flea market, Festival Flea Market (giant indoor flea market).

Cultural: walk or drive to local establishments with live music, drive to world-class Broward Performing Arts Center, Discovery Museum, Art Museum, IMAX theater, nightclubs, dancing, comedy clubs, and all sorts of local and regional festivals.

Sports: all professional sporting events are represented at nearby arenas, plus Isle Casino, horse racing, Jai Alai, car racing, tennis, golf, nearby gyms.

Eco Tourism: drive to Everglades for airboat and swamp buggy rides, photography, Indian reservations, alligator farms, nature trails, kayaking, fishing, bird watching.

Vacation Rental Property

Bahama Beach Club is very clean, with lush landscaping, new furnishings and everything you need in your home-away-from-home. Each apartment has a full kitchen with all utensils and dishes, free wireless Internet, cable TV/DVD, phone/voice mail, all linens, iron & board, hair dryer, family games, popular videos, books, beach towels and chairs, BBQ grill and more. A coin laundry is on property.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

The two studio apartments have a queen size bed with full size sleeper sofa. The four 1/1/ apartments have a king size bed plus a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. All apartments have one bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Amenities include full kitchens, phone with free local calling and voice mail, free wireless Internet, free parking, cable TV/DVD, CD/stereo, air conditioning, heating, paddle fans, cooking utensils and dishes, fresh linens and bedding, hair dryers, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, beach toys, family games, books, magazines, swimming pool, gas BBQ grill, NO resort fees.

Policies & Restrictions

We have a three-night minimum stay.

For the comfort of future guests, no smoking is allowed in any of our apartments.

Rates & Availability

Rates for holidays and special events may be higher. For longer stays, every fourth consecutive week is free or discounted.

Additional charges include:

- Exit Cleaning Fee: Studio $75, One Bedroom $100
- Taxes: 11% to Broward County and the State of Florida

*Rates are subject to change until confirmed. We accept all major credit cards.

Payment Terms:

A 50% deposit of the rent, exit cleaning fee and taxes is due upon signing the lease. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. $500 toward a security deposit is due prior to arrival, and can be put on a guest’s credit card as a temporary hold on the money instead of a charge to the card.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of cancellation, the Guest is responsible for paying the full amount of rent for the contracted lease. The Landlord will refund monies realized from re-renting the unit during all or part of the same rental period, minus a $300 administration fee. Travel insurance is recommended for anyone who is unsure whether they may need to cancel.

All of our properties have won White Glove Awards for 100-percent excellence in housekeeping from the Superior Small Lodging Association.

From I-95 in Pompano Beach, FL, exit East on Atlantic Blvd. and cross the Intracoastal Waterway bridge. Turn right on South Ocean Blvd (A-1-A). Go six blocks and turn right on SE 6 Street. Bahama Beach Club is one block down on the right. Park in spaces directly in front of building.
