The House-Hotel Villa Saracena is finely furnished and fully equipped with major appliances (refrigerator, water heater, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, others), ready to move in with your groceries to prepare your meals (self-catering), which includes: two matrimonial suites (queen beds with terrace, one master, one with double sofa-bed), one triple suite, maid's quarters, a TV for DVD / MP3 player, swimming pool (15 x 7 x 1.8 meters deep), barbeque, mud oven, camping with bath, garage for many cars and 1.5 hectares of land which offers a paradisiatic fauna and flora, a small waterfall, foot-paths to enjoy walks, and citrus, banana and coffee plantations.
It also includes a complete set of kitchen utensils, full beds, personal towels, soaps and daily cleaning.
The house is embedded in a small natural forest, full of subtropical vegetation with the sounds of nature, including exotic bird watching (Uchis, Huaracachis) and the spectacular view of the Andes snow-caped mountains (Huayna Potosí, Chacaltaya, Mururata)
