Ginosa Marina is located on the border between Apulia and Basilicata, which offers the possibility of the beautiful places in the two Italian regions to explore, such as: Matera, a town famed for its old town, where the houses in the rock were hewn and whose name of the 'Sassi' derives, Alberobello - Valle d'Itria in this Valley, this agricultural landscape is dominated by almond and olive trees on karst.
This limestone was also used as a material for the construction of the buildings used primarily for the 'Trulli', Bari, the capital of the Apulia region is characterized by a peculiar old town overlooking the sea, and churches in the Romanesque and Byzantine style.
