Our offer is composed by 2 apartments in the historical centre of La Spezia.
Our apartments have been recently restructured with high-level-finishings, and very elegantly furnished, giving importance at comfort. Moreover they dispose of satellite TV, air conditioning and heating.

The two-rooms apartment is composed as follows:
- one double bedroom
- one living room with one double-bed sofa
- one fully equipped kitchen
- one bathroom with hidro-massage shower
- two balconies

The single-room apartment is composed as follows:
- one living room with one double-bed sofa and a single-bed sofa and one fully equipped kitchen
- one bathroom with hidro-massage shower

The apartments are situated in Via Del Prione no. 203, at a few minutes walking distance from the train station, from where you can reach Cinque Terre in 10 minutes ride.
The cost of the train ticket is included in the price of the card you need to visit the Cinque Terre National Park.In a few minutes on foot from the apartments, you may easily reach Porto Mirabello, the parking place of tourist coaches and the dock to go to Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Lerici and Portofino.

The apartments are situated in the heart of the historical centre of La Spezia, in a prestigious building that faces the very central Via Del Prione, the famous down-town shopping area. They are also close by Pizza del Mercato, where every day a very traditional open-air market takes place.

There you may find fresh vegetable and fruit, fish, meat and a few stands selling clothes.
In a few minutes on foot you may visit important museums such as: Museo Amedeo Lia, the Naval Museum and the Modern Art and Conemporary Museum (Camec).
Below our apartments there is a bar, where on request, breakfast may be served also in the room

Directions

To reach La Spezia by car, the exit from the motorway is La Spezia (A15 motorway Parma-La Spezia or A12 motorway Genova-Livorno). Once you are in town, follow the brown signs Cinque Terre.

After driving through Viale Italia (seaside avenue), follow Viale Amendola (avenue along the military arsenal) pass two traffic lights and turn right before the third one, following the directions 'Amedeo Lia Museum'.

Pass through another traffic light and follow straight for another 200 meters until you reach via Roma. There, you are obliged to turn right. Drive until the end and you will be right in front of the Hotel Genova, which is the closest point to unload your lagguage. From here walk a few meters towards via Del Pione and turn left around the corner.

There you will find number 203 right on your left. At walking distance you will find free parking zones.
In case you have a GPS, please set it on 'via Roma n. 1 - La Spezia'.

If you decide to come by train you should take 'La Spezia' as a reference for your destination. From the main station of La Spezia in 6 minutes walk you will reach ou apartments. The first square you find is Piazza Saint Bon; keep walking straight into the pedestrian via del Prione until you find number 203 on your right.
