Our apartments are located just 10 minutes from the city center of Valencia and the beach Malvarrosa. Just 10 minutes walk from the Technical University (Campus dels tarongers) and University of Valencia (Campus de Blasco Iba�ez).

After making your booking and a few days before your check-in you will receive an email informing you about the exact address of the apartment where you will be staying. If you want to receive the email and know the address before entering the flat, you can call us or send us an email
Aside from the cost of renting the room, there will be a deposit of 50�/room (or a original passport if the stay is 1 day) which will be returned on the day you leave when you give back the keys of the flat and the room, and upon making sure that you have left the flat in the same conditions in which it was rented to you.
Please, we are not a hostel and we dont have a reception open 24hrs. We are a network of Bed & Breakfast apartments. The check in is by appointment and from 13h to 22h/ 1pm.-10p.m.
Check in after 22h have a additional charge of 5� / room
Check in after 00h have a additional charge of 10� / room and we reserve the right to no accept this check in. In this case, you check in on the next day from 13h.
About our accommodation there are numerous supermarkets, bars, restaurants, cinemas, gyms, discos and party areas.
Their location allows to enjoy an ideal learning environment and tranquility and yet have access to all necessary services and entertainment without having to use public transport, but if you prefer, all are excellently communicated with Metro, Bus and Tram reach anywhere in Valencia Capital and its suburbs.
All of our rooms are completely furnished: bed with sheets, blanket and towels, night stand, closet.
Breakfast self service included (coffee, milk, t�, juice, bread, butter, jam, cereals, etc.) until 11:30 a.m.
The rooms have a key and all of them have a window.

There is a clearing service of common areas included in the price.
There is free self service use of the washing machine, only allowed for stays longer than one week.
Cancellation Policy: 72hrs except for:
Moto GP 2011 (from Nov 1st to Nov 7th) Cancellation policy: 1 week
Tomatina 2012 (from Aug 27 to Sept 2): cancellation policy = 1 week
Fallas 2012 (from March 15th to March 21st): cancellation policy = 1 week
February 2012 (from Feb 1 to Feb 9): cancellation policy = 1 week
Easter 2012 (from April 2 to April 9th): cancellation policy = 1 week
September 2012 (from Sept 1st to Sept 9th): cancellation policy = 1 week
