All reservations must be prepaid prior to seven days before the arrival of the client in country, unless they book through a wholesaler or travel agency that has credit with us. If this is not the case, reservations will be automatically cancelled.
When reservations are made by a wholesaler or travel agent that has credit with us, we will issue the bill for each one of their clients the day prior to their arrival at the hotel and it will be sent by email or fax and should be paid according to agreed conditions and time frame. Once payment is confirmed we will send the original bill to the wholesaler or travel agent.
All reservations for more than five rooms at a time will be considered a group reservation and will require a $250 deposit for confirmation and full payment at least fifteen days prior to arrival of the group.
All cancellations made within seven days of arrival of the client will be considered a “No show” and will be penalized with the cost of the first night.

Rates & Availability

Room rates start at $110 USD per night and range to $185 USD per night based on seasonality and occupancy.
