Cancellation Policy
No charges if cancellation is notified 2 weeks prior to check in time. If notified less then 2 weeks, %40 of the total booking will be charged. If notified less than 3 days prior to check in time, the entire booking will be charged. No shows subject to pay the entire booking. No adjustments after check in. .

Rates starting from $71 for single occupancy and $96CDN for double occupancy. We offer %10 discount starting from Nov.1st till 31st of March, for 3 days and more nights.

Directions
From Person Int. Airport
you may take the airport limousine for $49 which is the least expensive way for more than one person door to door. You may also take Airport Express bus service for $19.95 per person. This will take you to the Bond Place which is at the intersection of Dundas Street East & Bond Street. And from there it will take about 10 minute walking to the Inn or you may take a taxi which will cost about $8 to Toronto Garden Inn B&B at 142 Seaton Street. Or you can take the public transportation for $3.00 please keep it in mind that fare has to be exact as drivers do not carry cash or tickets. Take the bus to Kipling Subway Station from the airport and when you pay the fare please take the transfer from the driver which you will need to use later. When you come to Kipling Station, get off the bus and take the stairs to downstairs to subway trains. Get on any of the trains departing and after 25 minutes ride you need to get off at Yonge Station A useful information that you might need to know is that Yonge Station is a point which all the subway lines intersect. So when you arrive to Yonge Station get off and look for Southbound trains. And when you take Southbound train after 4 minute ride get off at Dundas Subway Station Get off at the Dundas Street station and take exit to the South West corner of Dundas and Yonge Streets. With the transfer you took at the airport from the bus driver, take the streetcar going east and show the transfer to the streetcar driver. And you will need to get off at Ontario Street and walk one block west to Seaton Street and then head south to 142.

From Union Station
you can either take a taxi, approximately $10.00 or you may also take public transit. If you choose to take transit take the Yonge Subway Line north to Dundas Station and remember to take a paper transfer at the ticket seller. Get off at the Dundas Street station and take exit to the South West corner of Dundas and Yonge Streets. With the transfer take the streetcar going east and get off at Sherbourne Street and walk one block east to Seaton Street and then head south to 142.
By Gardiner Expressway
take the Jarvis Street exit and turn left heading north. You travel north on Jarvis Street until you come to Shuter Street and turn right heading east on Shuter.. After you pass Sherbourne Street , take Seaton Street which is on your left and you will see Toronto Garden Inn on your left at #142.
