The ground floor of the house has a spacious living room toilette and fully equipped kitchen, except for the refrigerator which is in the basement.

Amenities
Next to the house there is a barbecue and a stone round table. There is also an outdoor shower with solar powered water heater, ideal for evening shower.
Rain-water is collected in a reservoir (tank) which you can easily fetch or pump it to the upper floor reservoir. Water is potable but we recommend you to bring bottled water.

Other Information
We also offer small wooden rowboat with outboard engine, perfect for fishing trips, provided you are have a licence for operating the vessels up to 9 m.
Directions
Upon arrival in Biograd you have to take the ferryboat to the island of Pašman. There is a direct ferryboat line Biograd - Tkon and the journey lasts only 12 minutes.
From Tkon continue the macadam road for about 3.5 km until you reach a small bay where you can leave your car. You have to walk the rest of the way (app. 1.5 km by the sea). You can arrange the transportation with the house owner from Tkon to the house.
