Semi resort/residential area.villa is located opposite a park with a lake.Area is ideal for hiking.Our road leads to a hilltop which overlooks resort properties and the coast on the main road.Traveling further along (local guide recommended ) you will enjoy your journey away from the traffic.Enjoy the tropical scenery.the bird songs and the running water from the lake as you near the end of your walk.There is also a plantation park to the rear of the property.This is also a pleasant walk through the park taking your time looking at the various fruit and vegetable trees and the many pimento trees.This walk takes you down a pleasant residential road which leads to the main road where Reggae beach is not far away and a string of other larger resort beach properties.Nearer to the Villa are supermarkets,a jazz club and a restaurant.Also jerk centers, bars and fruit stalls are along the main road.Also recently opened at the lake is Friday night caberet,dining and dancing to nice gentle music in a tranquil setting.Several other restaurants with entertainment have opened recently within half a mile in which is an upper class resort and residential area.The area also boast the #1 hotel in the Caribbean which is a short walk away.Beauty abounds .

From Ocho Rios take the main road to Tower Isle passing White River,Reggae beach and Harmony Hall.Take the first right after Harmony Hall and go straight along that road for a minute,Villa Sunshine del Costa is the last property on the right before you turn up the hill.It is also opposite the lake and the park.
