======== BEDS/ROOM ASSIGNMENTS ========

All guests will be given their own keys to come and go as they wish.
We provide 10 Simple but luminous; budget but top quality dorms. Share Bathroom. Type had 2/3/4/6 beds (40�).
And,
3 Single private Ensuite: 1 bed of size 48�for 1 person
3 Double private Ensuite: 1 bed of size 59-71�for 2 persons
2 Deluxe Twin private Ensuite: 2 beds size 48�for 2 - 3 persons
Only 18 rooms? Yes, we are an exquisite hostel.
So,
-Beds and rooms are allocated on the arrival day. We will do our best to accommodate you, but there is no guarantee a group of 2 or more people will be in the same room, or a booking will have the same bed/same room all nights. We cannot guarantee a top/low bed, or a top/low floor.
-If you need to change room or bed, please pack up your stuff before 10:00am and store them in our storage, then check into the new room at afternoon.
-Cancellation policy: 72 hours before arrival only by e-mail
-One nights will be charged if cancellation or no show.
-Please advice about arrival time.
-If you arrive later than the scheduled time on your booking, your booking would be cancelled automatically.
-Check-out time is before 12:00AM. And rooms are ready from 2:00PM. If you arrive early you could leave your baggage in our free deposit bags.

-Smoking only in the hostel gate (forecourt)
-Please remember to bring passport or ID with you when you come here.
-Payments must be done in cash upon arrival.
-Reception closes from 12am to 8am.
Customers are required to email us prior arrival if check in or check out during the above time for special arrangement.

FROM SHANGHAI AIRPORT TO SUZHOU AND WATERTOWN HOSTEL
Shanghai airport: There are two airports in Shanghai (Pudong airport and Hongqiao airport), both of the airports have the shuttle bus to reach our hostel directly. Stop in Suzhou: Shanghai Eastern Airline Ticket Office, Ganjiang Road (上海东æ-¹èˆªç©ºå…¬å¸å"®ç¥¨æ¥¼).After you arrived the stop you can walk through the Ximei alley and take around 5 minute you can get our hostel.
Shuttle bus from Hongqiao airport takes 2 hours to reach Suzhou and from Pudong will takes 3 hours.
