Eagle House at Bathford is set in a beautiful Georgian mansion surrounded by gardens in the charming village of Bathford, just 3 miles outside Bath.

Helpful and courteous hosts help to create a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere. We have a range of stylishly decorated guest rooms, all with their own private bathrooms and views out over the 1.5 acres of gardens surrounding the house as well as the beautiful countryside beyond. In-room amenities include telephones, TVs, hairdryers and tea/coffee-making facilities, and WiFi is available throughout.

A continental breakfast is served downstairs in the dining room, and on colder days, guests will love pulling up a chair in the drawing room and relaxing with a book in front of the open hearth fire.

Just 3 miles outside Bath, Eagle House at Bathford is easily reached by taxi or bus. Bathford is a wonderful village where visitors can enjoy horse riding, boating, tennis, cycling and even hot air ballooning. There are also many excellent golf courses in the area, and a good selection of restaurants can be found within walking distance.

Directions

Directions to Eagle House:

Exit M 4 Motorway at junction 18 and go south - signed A 46 Bath.
Remain on the A46 for a full 9 miles - ignoring the turn off to Bath.
At the 9 mile point from the motorway turn right at the roundabout following the sign A 363 Bradford-on-Avon. Stay on the A 363 for 100 yards only then fork left into Bathford Hill. Stay 250 yards on Bathford Hill and take the first turning right into Church Street. We are 200 yards down Church Street on the right hand side and we are Eagle HOUSE not Eagle Lodge. We do not display any commercial sign as we are in a Conservation village but the name of the house is marked in three places. There's ample private parking in our garden - out of sight from the road.
