Four Seasons Guest House in Brighton offers luxurious accommodation just 2 minutes from the seafront and only a short walk from the vibrant city centre.

Our elegant Regency building was originally built in 1826 and has been transformed into a stunning four-star guest house, with seven modern and stylishly decorated guest rooms.

All rooms are equipped with WiFi, flatscreen TV, hairdryers and tea/coffee-making facilities while the comfortable beds are dressed in crisp white linen and the en-suite bathrooms feature fluffy towels and luxury toiletries.

Although we do not have a car park, hotel parking vouchers are available to our guests for parking on pay and display or residents parking bay. The vouchers can be purchased on arrival, and the cost is £7 for 24 hours parking.

Here at Four Seasons Guest House in Brighton we know that attention to detail is key, and we will do our best to make sure your stay here as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.

Please notify us in advance of your arrival time. As we are not operating a 24 hours reception, it is important that you keep us informed of any arrival after 5pm.
Cancellations must be received at least 7 days in advance.
Credit cards are accepted.

Please note:
- We do not accept stag and hen parties.
- As we are a listed building, we do not have a lift.
- We are unable to accept children under 10 years of age.

Directions

From Brighton Pier go eastwards along the seafront (Marine Parade).

Turn left at traffic lights at junction of Lower Rock Gardens.

At next lights, go straight ahead into Upper Rock Gardens. Hotel on left.
