At the end of thre nineteenth century, Scipione Spanò Sala, Barone of San Guiliano, renovated his country house in the Badia district of Marsala.
The new building, which now resembled the country houses of the Sicilian nobility, was built around an existing sixteenth century tower, the thick walls of which are still visible on the inside.
As tourist rental, we can propse you our two dependances: the 'foresteria' in the citrus grove, day zone with fireplace and kitchen, a twin room, a double room, a single room and two bathroom and the 'Tower' in the garden a charming annexe with a dining/living area complete with cooking facilities, an alcove with a double bed, a bathroom, and outside a terrace with barbecue.
On the first floor, there is a large bright double toom (another bed can be added) with its own bathroom. From a small terrace you can enjoy a splendid view which extends from the Stagnone of Marsala as far as Mount Erice and beyond, whilst from the window you can admire the small seventeenth century church dedicated to Santa Venera.
