Located in the village of Aspra, just 13km from the centre of Palermo the Pietra d\'Aspra is the ideal accommodation option for your stay in Sicily. Guests are accommodated in our spacious self-contained mansard or attic space.
Featuring its own private bathroom, including shower; a separate entrance and spectacular views of Palermo Bay the Pietra d\'Aspra can accommodate up to 4 guests. We are the perfect choice for either a family or a group of friends coming to enjoy the area. The prices quoted and confirmed for are based on double occupancy (2 people) however upon request we can add additional beds for up to five guests- additional guests are charge at an additional €35 per person per night.
Breakfast is included in the price. Our guests can have breakfast in their room and they will be able to prepare hot beverages themselves, in an area of the room equipped with electric plates and kitchenware.
Guests will be greeted by the B&B owners, staying themselves in the villa. They will be on disposition to ensure an enjoyable stay in a homely and friendly atmosphere, but also to offer advice on tourist or wine & food itineraries.
Having been carefully renovated in June 2011 the Pietra d\'Aspra is stylishly decorated with a contemporary, minimalist style.
The nearest seaside access is just 250metres from the property and guests can enjoy a sandy beach from here, but there are many others accesses close by too, even to the rocky shore.
Pietra d\'Aspra is perfect for a winter break or a business trip. It is just the right place for a quiet break, being very close to tourist attractions and the city of Palermo (13 km).
