The Apartment is less than a 10 minute walk fro the sea and famous lively \'passeggiata\' .We are very close to great local restaurants , supermarket etc . Features a large double bedroom, one single bedroom and a lounge with a double sofa bed for additional guests .

The apartment is quiet ,very clean and offers free off street parking. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony and terrace area.

Directions

We are situated around 1.5 km from the main Viareggio train station .

5 mins taxi ride from the main station, Via Nino Bixio is parallel with Via Aurelia nord (the main road which passes directly in front of the station.)
