Only AAE Properties offers you a chance to stay on a live aboard sail boat in Barcelona at an affordable price. Our Sailboat may be small, but sleeps 3 comfortably in Port Forum. Only Minutes from the city centre, yet on its very own beach! Use of Yacht Club facility, such as showers, laundry room, is all yours while our guest.
You can book also our private city center apartment and living in the heart of the Gothic quarter Only 5 minutes walk from the famous street Las Ramblas , Anything you are interested in seeing in the centre is within walking distance . The beach is literally just a 15 minute walk
Feel free like at your home . Fully equipped kitchen where you can cook what you like , big bathroom with bath , living room with tv where you can relax after a busy day , dining room and 2 bedrooms .
AAE HostalBoat offers accommodation for 2 or more people in the modern part of Barcelona Port Forum near beautiful beaches. Facilities include free parking and free wi-fi. The boat is near metro station, tram and bus and is just 15 minutes from the city centre. In the port there is a restaurant, bar, washing machines and a nearby shopping centre.
Our other boat accommodation can sleep 1 to 4 people, in 4 beds, but we sell it only as triple and twin. If you are one person, you must book all 3 bed spaces, if you are 2 people, you must book all 2 bed spaces. If your 4 people, book triple and just bring extra person with you- we will not care!
Our private boat can accommodate 1 to 3 adults in the privacy at your own live board sailboat, 3 adult beds and 1 sofa make this a perfect choice for a small group of friends or a family with children. It is also perfect for a couple on a romantic vacation.
Please do not book two rooms on the boat is only one. You can choose between triple and twin. The boat can sleep a third or fourth person for free!

The boat contains a small kitchen with microwave and fridge; there is TV with DVD player and wi-fi access for your laptop. Linen and kitchen supplies included.
Port Forum offers 24/7 hot showers and bathroom facilities for both male and female. We also have a coin laundry service and coin vending machine with food and drink.

Cancellation policy - 72 hrs
You must email us after your booking with approx arrival time. We meet you at the dock A, at Port Forum within the time you give us. Here you will be given a parking pass and gate keys to boat. The boat itself is located in Port Forum. Please see map. All linen will be provided. Check inn hours 12-19.
