Karibu Bed & Breakfast is a Victorian style villa with a beautiful garden.

The villa has a total of 5 rooms, 1 fixed Safaritent and several camping areas also for overlanding trucks. All our rooms have shared facilities.

Situated in the quiet town Mukono only half an hour away from Kampala. Mukono is the perfect escape from the busy city life of Kampala, with lots of nice activities around or just relaxt in our nice garden. Karibu Bed & Breakfast is located on the Nabuti Hill overlooking the stunning views of Mukono. Coming from the airport in Entebbe it is just one hour drive.

Besides being only half an hour away from Kampala, Mukono also is perfectly located to visit the adrenaline capital of Eastern Uganda: Jinja. Only an hour away you have the opportunity to visit the source of the Nile or take on the wild waters of the Nile River, some of the best white-water in the world. What do you think of the incredible experience to horseback ride along this beautiful river! You can also do Quad biking, Kayaking, Mountain biking, Bungee jumping... everything is possible in the adrenaline capital of East Africa

Directions

Take a taxi or bus from anywhere to Mukono Taxi park. Mukono is on the main road between Jinja and Kampala. From there take a boda-boda to Nabuti hill and ask for 'dr bossa's place' it is only 800 meter away from the main road take the dirt road next to the bank of africa.
