Our reception is open 24 hours a day and there is also 24 hour access. Directions

From the bus station, cross over the pedestrian bridge and walk along this road until you reach the calle 4 (the start of the colonial centre).

From here, turn left and walk to the main square and then another 4 blocks. You'll find Hostel Caracol on your left. Alternatively, you can take a taxi which should cost 3,600 pesos between 7am and 6pm and 4,000 at all other times.
