Palazzo Antica Via Appia offers double bedrooms and suites named after famous locals. All en suite except the Superior suite which has an adjacent private bathroom. Each room features TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. All garnished with elegant antique of furniture, the suites are adorned with beautiful frescoed ceilings. Suites are spacious and can accommodate a third person upon request, as well as be booked for a single person at half price.
Laundry and ironing services are provided as well as secure private parking complete with shuttle service to the parking garage. Bikes are available to rent and small pets are welcome. We have meeting rooms suitable for your events, gatherings and meetings, and our staff will be happily book guided tours so you can explore and discover Bari and all its attractions.
Cappuccino and brioche are included in the price, but our breakfast buffet also offers fresh fruits and fruit juices, cereals, yoghurt and upon request eggs and a selection of hams.
You are invite to browse our collection of antique books and documents on history and art, as well as view our private collections of artistic objects and paintings. The stony walls of the lounge areas will give privacy and an ideal atmosphere to read and relax. Vinyl discs and music in general can be enjoyed in the Harmony Hall (Sala dell'Armonia), adorned with musical instruments and sheets.
The charm and the atmosphere of the XIX century will amaze our guests at Palazzo Antica via Appia.

Directions
From Bari city centre: walk or request our shuttle service.
By car:
Exit highway A14 at Bitonto and follow directions to city centre and cathedral.
From road SS16bis: northbound, exit at "S. Spirito / Bitonto"; southbound, exit at "Giovinazzo Sud / Bitonto". Follow directions to city centre and cathedral.
From road SP231: southbound, exit at "Bitonto Nord" and turn left at the traffic light, go straight in via Palombaio, reach Piazza Caduti del Terrorismo and park there. Walk to the Cathedral.
From road SS96: if coming from Altamura/Matera, exit at "Modugno" and take road SP231.
By Train: exit from Bari National railway station and reach the station of the local railway Ferrovie del Nord Barese (just next to it). Take a train to Bitonto, departures every 20 mins.
By flight: 5 km from Bari Palese Airport. Take a taxi or a shuttle bus to Bari railway station and reach Bitonto by train.
