The farmhouse La Conca is a short drive from Pescara
The idea of the owners is to preserve and enhance the homes of families used until a few years ago in barns and farmhouses, first inhabited by the ancestors of the family.
The farm consists of two Laconca facilities, one located in Conrad, Riga, in a small rural village, quiet and isolated, and consists of independent apartments and well equipped, where it is nice to enjoy the tranquility and peacefulness of the mountains.
For those who want more comfort and wants to be less isolated, there is the structure in the source Cross, which has well-appointed rooms carefully decorated inside with TV, private bathroom with use of the kitchen, or independent apartments that can accommodate up to 10 people all together.

Highway A25, exit Alanno-Scafa.
Continue towards the SS Scafa 5 for about 3 km then turn left on the SS 487 towards Caramanico Terme.
