The property is situated just 1 km from Assisi in the countryside between Santa Maria degli Angeli and Assisi. It is a private house and the rooms are located on the first floor. We have 2 double rooms with a shared bathroom and another double ensuite. Rooms are classic and cozy. Very comfortable, clean and discrete environment.
Very quiet area, you can enjoy the beautiful view and walk easily to town, it is an ideal solution for those who wants to relax and enjoy the nature. There is a large garden in front of the house and in the summer season you can chill outside. Because of its position Assisi is the perfect point in order to explore all the surrounding Umbrian area.
The owners just live in the house beside and will be at your disposal at anytime.

By car: travelling in the SS75 get out at Santa Maria degli Angeli and follow directions for Assisi, once you are in Via Patrono d'Italia just turn right in Via San Bonaventura and you will find the sign for “Assisana Camereâ€.
By train: get out at Santa Maria degli Angeli train station (less than 2 hours from Rome and 2 hours from Florence) the guesthouse is just 1.5 km away, easily accessible by foot or we can come to pick you up with no extra fee(please advise us in advance).
By air: the nearest airport is Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi , just 5 km away. There are daily connections with Ryanair from different European destinations. We can come to pick you up with no extra fee (please advise us in advance). Alternatively you can fly to Rome Ciampino/Fiumicino or Pisa and then take the train to Assisi or rent a car (2 hours travelling on both cases).
