The apartment has just been renovated and all the furnishing is brand new.
The bed & breakfast features four rooms. One double (or twin upon request) with balcony and private bathroom (shower by Whirlpool). One double (or twin upon request) with shared bathroom (shower by Whirlpool). One single room with queen size bed, small balcony and ensuite bathroom. One single room with shared bathroom.
We provide towels, linen and a huge breakfast. Each room has heater, LCD TV and wi-fi connection. Upon request we offer city tour, typical italian dinner, transport from airport to our B&B and back. We will be glad to give you information about routes, itineraries and special events.

We offer private transport from airport to our b&b. If you wish to come by yourself, just follow this note:
From Termini Station. Take underground line A, direction Anagnina and drop out at Lucio Sestio stop. Walk along the Ponzio Cominio street and turn right to Flavio Stilicone.
From Ciampino airport. Take the shuttle bus from Ciampino airport to Anagnina (metro A last stop). Then take underground for 4 stops and get off at Lucio Sestio. Walk along the Ponzio Cominio street and turn right to Flavio Stilicone.
From Fiumicino airport. Take the train Fiumicino-Roma. Drop out at Termini stop. Take the undergroud line A and follow instructions as written above.
