Situated in a rural and peaceful area and yet only 6 minutes by car to the historic university town of Utrecht at the heart of the Netherlands.
Enjoy your stay in our guestrooms which offer TV, dvd player and free WiFi.
A tea and coffee maker is provided in every room. The spacious rooms feature a double bed and seating area. We have an offstreet parking facility.
Breakfast Continental breakfast is served in our cozy kitchen or, in good weather, on one of the terraces at the back of the farmhouse. If you have specific wishes, please let us know.
Rooms
We host three charming guest rooms. Two rooms have double beds and one room features twin beds and the possibility to put an extra (children's)bed. All rooms feature a sitting area, with a kettle and a coffee maker, tv and dvd‐player. Wifi is available. Shared facilities are located next to the rooms and on the ground floor.
Farmhouse
Our farm is a typical 'Utrecht longhouse farm', where the house and back house are under one roof.
Where the cows used to stand in winter, and where the original waterpump still stands, is now converted into a spacious but cozy room for leisure, including a pool table, table football and darts available.
The kitchen has a 100 years old stove and a cellar with original brine baths, where formerly cheese was stored. The breakfast room easily hosts up to 12 guests.
Playground
In the backyard we have some play facilities for children, such as a sand table, a see-saw, a small slide, a child's wading pool and a swing. There are also toys available to play with.
Your hosts Paul and Lettie Egberts are the happy owners of this beautiful old farmhouse.
Next to entertaining our guests we run our DTP business Scriptura. In the evenings and spare time we work as professional musicians.
We welcome you as our guest and will do our best to make you feel at home!

Directions
To Utrecht there goes a bus every hour. By car its only a few km. To Amsterdam it's 20 minutes by car.
The location of our farmhouse is next the highway A27 (between Hilversum and Utrecht). A small town with about 1500 members and next to the old university town Utrecht.
