You will live in a very nice and comfortable apartment with more than 625 square feet (56 square meters), which features one master bedroom (one king size bed), and a pull out sleeper sofa in the family room. The unit sleeps up to 3 persons comfortably. There is plenty of closet space available in the bedrooms as well as in the corridor. We provide bedding and sheets.
The apartment is compact, but spacious. It features a family/living room (seats 5), a fully equipped kitchen with stove, convection oven, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, tea kettle, egg cooker, and with dining table (seats 3). Plates and glassware included, too. Furthermore: bathroom with shower, toilet, sink; corridor with coatrack, bureau/secretary table, shoe and storage closet. Low allergen environment, because there are hardwood floors and tiles in all living rooms - no grungy carpets!
The family room, furnished in Alpine style, offers TV with European satellite programming, DVD player and stereo sound system. It seats up to 6 persons, so you can have guests over, while enjoying a nice dinner together.
There is also the south-facing balcony with lounge chair, chairs and table, and an umbrella to protect from too much sun.

Price quote given is for two guests; it includes electricity, water, heating and set of bed sheets and towels, as well as toilet paper, hair dryer, soap, alarm radio and parking spot in the underground garage.
Additional fees are the Kurtaxe municipal fee (at the present time, EUR 2.60 per person per day) and the one-time fee for the final cleaning.
Washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are to be found in the cellar, where there is also storage space for skis and shoes.

The vacation apartment in ‘Haus Hochland’ is located in the Southern part, Oberstdorf, of the village Oberstdorf-Allgäu, in a nicely quiet and well-kept environs in the spa area 1 (Kurzone 1), with view of the Allgäu mountains. Central location, only a few minutes on foot to the spa park, town center, Vital-Therme spa, to meadows and ski slopes. Shops, spa, clinics, restaurants/bars, train and bus stations are all easily accessible and close by.
Ideal starting point for excursions and sports, whether alpine or cross-country skiing, golf, tennis, ice skating, mountain biking, hiking, mountaineering or others. The Kleines Walsertal, Schloss Neuschwanstein and other attractions are only a few kilometers away. Oberstdorf can be reached easily, by car over autobahn and federal roads, by bus or train. The closest airports are Memmingen (some 80 km away), Friedrichshafen and Munich. Public transport makes excursions easily possible even if you don’t rent your own car.
