The 54 sqm apartment is suitable for 5 persons and is accessible from the inner yard of an old mansion. It stretches over 2 floors, connected by a spiral stair. Therefore it is very quiet and you can sit outside at your own table with 4 chairs. Downstairs we offer a bedroom with a twin bunkbed (90 x 200 cm) and a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), and a living room with two couches. One of them can be used as a bed (80 x 200 cm). The kitchen upstairs is fully equipped with dishes etc. for up to 12 persons. Dishwasher, 4-ring-stove, oven, microwave, coffee-machine (Senseo), toaster, water-kettle and a big fridge with freezer are available as well as cable TV, Hifi-stereo and WLAN internet access. The bathroom upstairs (two big windows) has a shower and a bath tub as well as a washing machine and hair dryer. A clothes dryer can be used at no extra rate. If this apartment should not be available as desired: we have some more at the same house.

Location:
Our house is located in the suburb of Neuenheim, with its old villa development and the many town houses from the Art Nouveau period that make it one of the most sought after residential areas of Heidelberg. To the Neckar is just about 200 meters, and then when you go on the Theodor-Heuss-Bridge, you are already at the Bismarckplatz. The city center is 10 minutes away.
From Bismarckplatz you're already on the main street into the pedestrian zone. Neuenheim itself is an independently grown district with many shops and restaurants, where you can sit outside in summer and can enjoy the specialties of the region. This district is known as the "French Quarter", which says a lot about the lifestyle and the types of activities.
In the immediate area of the market you will also find a whole grain bakery and confectionery, various specialty stores (Italian, French, Convent products) and several good restaurants. The property, located in the apartment houses, more apartments or rooms and it is inhabited by both a student apartment, families and singles. When the weather is so full of life in the courtyard, particularly for children (and parents) is very attractive.
Arrival:
From the apartment to the bus stop at the Brückenstrasse it is just 55m. From there take the bus 12 and tram lines 3 and 5. The next public disabled parking space is located at 50m distance, additional parking spaces are located in close proximity.
By car you reach the apartment like this:
From the north on the A5, exit Dossenheim. From there it's just 10 minutes to the apartment. Follow the signs to Heidelberg, then to Neuenheim. When booking you will automatically receive directions.
Coming from the south via the A5, exit Dossenheim. This way you don't drive through the city. Continue as above.
Driving Directions Frankfurt Airport:
This unit is located conveniently near Frankfurt Airport. From Frankfurt Airport the distance to the unit at Schröderstrasse, 69120 Heidelberg is about 81 km (50.6 miles), approximately a 50 minutes drive by car. In addition, there are good public transportation options available for Heidelberg, in case you don't want to rent a car. At the top of this page is also a map with the exact location of the object.
