This exclusive 3-room vacation apartment in Lübeck-Travemünde is in central but quiet location, just 350 m from the beach and the great promenade. The entire apartment has designer wood flooring, the bathroom and guest’s toilet are tiled in Mediterranean style.
The furnishings are high-quality, too: 42-inch plasma TV, a second 26-inch LCD-TV, designer furniture. The open kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art dishwasher, ceramic stovetop, baking oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc. by well-known brands.
All year round, four bikes are ready for your use. In summer, a comfortable family-sized beach wicker lounger is reserved for you, offering you your own private place at the sun. No pets, no smoking; good for people with allergies! Of course, with child-safe furnishings.

The furniture is high-quality and modern, too, hailing from known brands and providing the right setting for a great vacation.
For our young guests, a children’s cot, two high chairs and a mattress for changing diapers are available.
The apartments Achterdeck and Alte Villa are even certified as Kinderplus
apartments, offering the certain extra for children, including toys, books, board games, and more.

Parking Garage:
Every apartment has its dedicated parking spot or spot in the parking garage. Additional parking can be rented (outdoors) for a small fee.
Conditions:
The apartment is handed over in prime condition and checked; report any flaws immediately to avoid being charged for damages.
Pets are not allowed.
The apartments are suitable for allergics.
Apartments are to be left in proper state, with dishes cleaned and put away, waste bins emptied, fridge and stove/barbecue cleaned.

- Final cleaning, bed sheets included in price.
- Prices are for two persons, additional persons (up to two) charged EUR 10 per person per night; children under six sleeping in their parent’s bed at no charge.
- In Villa Felsenburg, children up to 17 years of age stay for free.
- Minimum stay during off-season three nights, during peak season, 5 nights (or fewer,d epending on demand).
Prices include value-added tax of currently 19%.
Tourist Tax:
Travemünde, like all resort/spa towns, charges a tourist tax. Currently, it amounts to:
- EUR 1/day/person up to maximum of EUR 28/person between 1/1 and 5/14
- EUR 2.60/day/person up to a maximum of EUR 72.80/person between 5/15 and 9/14
Children up to 17 years of age are exempt from tourist tax.
Location:
This 5-star/deluxe vacation apartment is on the third floor of the historic Villa Felsenburg, in exclusive, central and quiet location at the Godewind park. The villa was built in 1905, following the plans of the well-known Berlin architect Hermann Muthesius; it is one of the few historic buildings in Travemünde which are mentioned in old documents. You will live in stylish surroundings, with private garden and patio in English style and a few of your own private teahouse. Beach and promenade are only 350 m away.
Take A226/B75 in the direction of Lübeck/Travemünde to exit A-Rosa/Casino. Down Moorredder/Am Fahrenberg road to Godewind links (left; house #3 / Alte Villa Felsenburg), first road left to house #10/Achterdeck or first road right to house #4/Am Godewind. To get to the Kaiserallee and house #20/Am Strand, turn right at Godewind and then the first left.
The apartment is reached most easily by car.
By train, travel to the city railway station (Stadtbahnhof), from where it’s just a few minutes to the apartment. The online timetable is a great help for finding the best connection.

Travemünde and Lübeck are great marine cities with typical flair and a lot of things to do, whether relaxed walks, a tour of the harbor, or the rope garden of Travemünde for a bit of sports and excitement.

This unit is located conveniently near Hamburg Airport. From Hamburg Airport the distance to the unit at Godewind 3, 23570 Lübeck is about 89 km (55.6 miles), approximately a 1 hour, 10 minutes drive by car. In addition, there are good public transportation options available for Lübeck, in case you don't want to rent a car. At the top of this page is also a map with the exact location of the object.
