An exclusively equipped vacation apartment for an individual and pleasant stay is available for you in the bright attic of our quiet-located private house in southeast Munich. Parking spot included. Good accessibility to the shopping in the city center as well many other sights in our city. An underground railway station is only 3 minutes away on foot. From here, it is 8 minutes to the city center, 10 minutes to the Munich Exhibition Area (Messestadt Ost) and in 45 minutes to the airport. No pets allowed, non-smoking area. Numerous good restaurants and Bavarian inns waiting for your visit. Numerous wonderfully-located golf courses in the near surrounding area invite all interested visitors to this sporting pleasure. The large scaled vacation apartment, approx. 592 square feet. is ideal for 2 persons. On special request of our visitors, the apartment is open for up to 4 persons. For this purpose, comfortable, extensible couch corner fittings are available in the living room. All rooms are endowed with massive oak parquet floors and comfortably decorated with genuine oriental carpets.
The congenially equipped living room offers a look onto the green gardens of the surrounding houses. Comfortable furniture brings, with a glass of a well known Munich beer or a jug of good wine, the relaxing atmosphere that you want for a restful vacation. Color TV with cable connection and a radio keep you up with the current state of the events.
Over a bar counter, serve yourself directly from the bright and technically equipped kitchen. Microwave oven, dishwasher, electrokombi stove with ceran-stovetop, refrigerator, coffee maker and an electro-bread sausage cutting machine belong to the luxury equipment. In the case of beautiful weather, hearing the birds singing, the balcony invites you to a breakfast in the warm morning sun.
A bright room with a toilet, shower, washbasin as well as a washing machine with tumble dryer are available. The bedroom offers a big double bed. Two cupboard walls offer sufficient storage for clothing and laundry. Alarm clock, reading lamps and an ironing board with an iron are available as well. All bed & table laundry as well as towels are available.
We always take care for a free car parking lot in the yard of our estate. Best and fast traffic accessibility, both for the shopping in the city center as also for a visit of the many sights of our city, with the museums, theaters as well as other expectations onto the southern metropolis of Germany.
