The apartment is on the 5th Floor of an apartment building built in 1958. An elevator is available. Parking is available in sufficient numbers in front of the house on the street. (To name just a small selection) located in Berlin's Tiergarten district near the Bellevue Palace, the Reichstag, the Brandenburg Gate, Potsdamer Platz and the Kurfürstendamm offers to 56m ² everything that makes a stay in Berlin enjoyable:
- Living room with TV, two leather couches
- Bedroom with separable double bed
- Newly renovated bathroom with bathtub
- Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and all kinds of cutlery, crockery, glasses, pots, plates and pans
- Naturally iron, hair dryer, cots, bedding and towels / bath towels / washcloths. An Internet access via DSL is also available
By car:
Arrival is via the southern Berliner Ring (A10). You leave at Junction Drewitz and go over the freeway past the radio tower to the exit Wedding/Beusselstraße/West Harbor (toward Wedding). After leaving the motorway, turn right onto Beusselstraße. Follow the road until it ends and turn left into the street Alt-Moabit. Past the Hansa Theatre and the underground station tower road go straight until the Moabit prison turns up on the left. There you turn right into Paul Street. The first street on the right side is then already the Melanchthonstraße. Arrived!
Arriving by train:
For train travelers is the most convenient: Leave the train at the railway station and take the S-Bahn (follow toward Zoologischer Garten). After only one station, exit at Bellevue. From here there are only about five minutes' walk to the apartment. In addition to the S-Bahn are many bus services nearby.

This unit is located conveniently near Berlin Tegel Airport. From Berlin Tegel Airport the distance to the unit at Melanchthonstrasse 10, 10557 Berlin is about 7 km (4.3 miles), approximately a 13 minutes drive by car. In addition, there are good public transportation options available for Berlin, in case you don't want to rent a car. At the top of this page is also a map with the exact location of the object.
