The complex has 20 apartments with two bedrooms each, living room-kitchen and a terrace.

There is space for 4 or 5 person in each and they include Internet services, Wi-Fi, garage, cribs, pool, elevator to the garage, kitchen ware, linens, towels and change of linen once a week.

They are equipped with TV and DVD, Canal +, satellite dish and decoder for foreign channels, air conditioning, heating and private balcony.
