This near new quality luxury condominium tower , in a wonderful location.It is so close to shopping malls, in fact within a five minute cab ride you can be at one very large one Robinsons & a smaller one at Harrisons and 9 minutes gets you to The Mall of Asia, The newest and the largest in the Philippines. which features a full size ICE Skating Rink (thats right a ice skating rink in Manila) The newest and the largest in Philippines. Five minutes away is Manila’s answer to Disneyland. Star city theme park. Just around the corner from the Zoo. A great day out for the kids, just up the road to Manila yacht club and down the road to the American embassy. Nightlife is all around right here in the tourist belt. A gamming Casino is 20 meters away from the our front door, Dozens and Dozens of Restaurants and bars, and not forgetting the people, wonderful and friendly.
On arrival, you will be impressed with the quality of the building with it's marble floors and spacious reception.
We are on the 28th floor of a 29 th floor building facing Manila bay with floor to ceiling windows , high enough to see over all other building to the side, for unparalleled views of the fabulous Manila bay, and stunning sunset and city lights at night.
