Our B&B is 5 minute walk from Piazzale Roma, the central point of departure and arrival from the mainland to Venice, so you don't need to bother carrying your luggage for a long distance or taking crowded waterbuses. Although downtown Venice, our B&B is located in a very quiet neighborhood. At the same time it is very convenient to any sort of transport: public, private, local, urban and international.

Right out of the station, go down the stairs, turn left and pass the big white bridge in front of The Scalzi's Church (it is The Scalzi's Bridge), turn right immediately on the street by the Grand Canal (it is Fondamenta San Simeon Piccoloâ€) till the restaurant “Da Nino: there you can ask for information (we manage it too).
Otherwise take the narrow path just before the restaurant Da Nino on your left hand side (you recognise it by an open gate), go straight for 15-20 meters and there you are.
