If you love nature and outdoor exploration, you should definitely travel New Mexico. Hike the Rockies and look out upon the vast desert plains and red and pink sunsets of New Mexico. Take a guided eco tour through the New Mexico desert and learn about desert plains animals and cacti. During your New Mexico vacation head to one of the 34 state parks for some hiking and biking or take a serene walk through one of the deep and dark national forests.
