Amazing flat

I had a fantastic time staying in Hugo's apartment. It is so central and really feels like a home from home (but better- there was everything you could want here already!) Hugo's guide to Amsterdam was very helpful and the restaurants we tried that he suggested were excellent. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Perfect Stay in Amsterdam

Myself and my wife had three brilliant daysat the apartment in August. The apartment was in the perfect location, within walking distance to shops, bars and all the sites but quiet enough to get a good nights sleep.
Hugo was very helpfull, happy to answer any queries we had and he had also provided a very detailed information guide for our stay.
Everything about the apartment was perfect and hopefully it won't be long until we get the chance to return.

Quiet, discreet, luxurious, centrally situated

We booked a week in Korenbloemen Apartment (KA) hoping the apartment would resemble the website photos; It exceeded our expectations! Located in proprietor Hugo's home, KA is a parlor level studio equipped with everything the independent adult traveler could hope to have: Full luxury bathroom (shower), Full-sized kitchen sink, 4 burner stove top, microwave oven, great ventilation, large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stocked utensils and dishes and pots & pans, all-in-one washer/dryer, ample storage, valuables safe, stereo, wifi, TV - all in an updated 17th century townhouse with a canal view. We had our infant with us and he loved it! A better value than any hotel in the area - more private, discreet and comfortable as well. Really made for a perfect visit. Hugo is very laid back host, and yet anticipated our every need. Truly, we cannot wait to visit again.

Superb locale & Landlord

My husband & I booked the apt for a long weekend in May. It has Everything you need. Hugo is a gracious host, full of knowledge and charm. He gave us a discount card to use at the local supermarket where we bought goodies so that we could be self sufficient if we chose. Or not - and check out one of the restaurants that Hugo suggested. The apt is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Location cannot be beat. Close enough to ALL the action, but far enough away to be quiet at night to enjoy a restful sleep. If we ever make it back to Amsterdam, we would definitely want to stay here again.

Very nice apartment, perfectly situated to know the city center. It has all you can need during your stay. Highly recommended.
