Park Regis City Centre was only a one night stay for a transfer from a 15 hour train ride to a 15 hour plane ride, so I didn't get to use a lot of the amenities(if any).
First of all, the most obvious thing you'd notice is that the location is very noisy. During my Saturday night stay, the traffic noise was almost unbearable.
Other than the noise, there were one more thing that bothered me. The room size was OK for its location and price, but the bathroom was just a bit miniature. Other then that, the roof-top pool's operating hours were a bit irritating.
This hotel's location is great. Very close to subway stations, restaurants, shopping. If you get hungry into the night, the nearest supermarket is only 30 seconds away by foot.
Everyone who stays there should notice that they should not take the airport shuttle. Take the subway instead. Even though the subway is more expensive, it will get there on time. Because of the hotel's location, you will get picked up first so the small shuttle will take you to more than a dozen of hotels to pick up other people. The journey took us 2 and a half hours, compared to a little less than an hour by subway.

The rooms are filthy. I checked-in and was disappointed with my room (the smell, the cleanliness of the bathroom) and asked to be moved to a different room. The staff obliged, but unfortunately the second room was filthier than the first. This certainly is not a 4 (or even a 3) star hotel. If you are not bothered by dimly lit, grungy rooms, then you may enjoy this hotel. The location of the hotel is it's only redeeming factor.
