Visiting the week after Easter, we enjoyed the reduced occupancy level, with fewer kids than others mention here and no lines or crowds. Weather was unseasonably cool, and we did not sample beach facilities, although they are attractive and convenient. Hotel shuttle very convenient. Staff quite friendly and helpful. Bacci Restaurant somewhat overpriced. Rooms well-equipped, large, attractive, clean and comfortable.

We were on the MAP plan which saved us a ton of money. We were constantly delighted by the excellent food at every restaurant. The staff without fail was was reponsive friendly and attnetive to our every need. We also enjoyed the great tennis courts. It is hard to imagine a better hotel. However, even though we were on the MAP the drinks quickly add up and in general Bermuda is a relatively expensive island. We went in early March. Compared to NJ 30 degree weather and snow or rain the sunny 60 plus degree weather we experienced was TERRIFIC.

We went during the off season, so the only negative was that all the restaurants werent always open. The hotel was well maintained and the staff super friendly. Trolly service around the grounds and to bus stops was expecially nice. We would definitly stay there again!

WE CHOSE THE FAIRMOUNT SOUTHAMPTON FOR OUR ANNIVERSARY AND WAS WELL PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING EXCEPT THE FOOD SERVED WAS PRICY. WE MUST MENTION THE BELL MAN "JUSTIN" HE REALLY MADE US FEEL AT HOME. ALL THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE, BUT JUSTIN JUST GAVE A LITTLE MORE. WE UP GRADED TO A OCEAN VIEW AND TALKED TO SOME OTHER GUEST TO FINE THAT THEY WAS UPGRADED FOR FREE. MADE US FEEL A BIT DECEIVED, BUT ALL IN ALL WE REALLY ENJOYED THE STAY

Upon arrival november 30, 2012, excellent welcome from concierge Nick!!! but after that, very bad experience with front desk 9:00 to 10:00pm, was talking on the phone for more than 5 minutes without paying attention to us and not courteous, gave us a key to a room that would not open (room 500), then after going twice to tell her that it would not open, gave us the key for another room that was occupied with another couple (VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!!!), and finally through the intervention of the bell-man (Mr. Craig, very nice and courteous) we finally got our room 438.
Room service was as expected, no problems there, Ophal gave us excellent service.
In the room, we had 2 ropes, and after the second day only one, and even though we requested the other one several times to house keeping, never received the 2nd one.
Restaurant breakfast and dinner, excellent service.
No free internet!!!
