Sept. 08, My husband and I stayed at this hotel and had a decent visit. Sept. 09, we booked ahead,which we didn't do in '08,to ensure we had enough space for us, 3 kids & dog. On arrival,we were given 1rm with 2 qn beds instead of an Exec suite. When my husband tried to get the appropriate room, the front desk staff told him that our reservation was never for the exec suite, nor for the price quoted.They would not bend, arguing with him that they were standing by their current price. We had notes of our confirmation and they still wouldn't budge.He finally got 2 adjoining rms and left it at that as he was already 25mins late for his meeting. Once in the rooms, I was to call the front desk to have the doors unlocked between our rooms. I called and after waiting 45 mins, I went looking for someone to help me. I found an employee on our floor with a master key. No one ever showed from the front desk. In the lobby, guests are required to use a hotel key to access the elevator to ensure safety. Although, right by the entrance to the Casino is a regular unlocked door that leds to the hotel staircase. Anyone that goes to the casino, guest or not, has easy access to the rooms. Very unsettling and unsafe. After a very long day, we were kept up until all hours because our rooms were directly above the hotel club/bar. It was so loud that we could distinguish which songs were playing. No effort was ever made from hotel staff to even try to make our 1 night stay enjoyable. We have never experienced such horrible customer service ever. We left disgusted. The staff didn't care!
