This was my first visit to Canada. I was very happy that when I called to check my reservation that there were no problems or issues and that everything was in place and ready. I also very much appreciated the help of adding the person who was picking me up from the airport to my reservation so that they could utilize my room to change to come get me since they were in a position where they would not be able to go all the way home and come all the way back to the airport and miss my flight...I was VERY appreciative of that. The complimentary internet services were of great help to me as I came to realize there were some bills I needed to take care of via the internet. The hospitality and personality of a few people who I am sorry to say who's names I didnt write down were wonderful and I very much look forward to seeing them again my next trip out. I unfortunately didnt get to partake in all the hotels ammenities this time round as it was my first trip to Canada and I was out quite a bit with family taking in the sights, but I will be sure to enjoy them thoroughly next time! LOL Needless to say, I look forward to my next visit and stay there!
