This hotel is right across the street from the train station and Tivoli Gardens. It was beautiful and the staff was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel!

, when I got the hotel, the front end looked like a small 4 star bad hotel, decided to go in. since I was staying for several days I had lots of luggage (3) big ones of course, I tried to go in, no one at the door, I continued, struggling with the snow and the luggage, the guys at the front desk (which is a small little island over a filthy filthy white, or better said, gray carpet), just looked at me just like making fun of why this guy is pulling all this luggage in. I told them I that I had a reservation, they checked it out on the computer, and told me I needed to pay a $* Krones tax for staying each night, I thought this was normal (latter I found out this was not the case for any hotel in Copenhagen nor Denmark!!) they gave my key and told me (with a very bad attitude) to proceed with the elevators. Since It was so much luggage I asked them If some bellboy would help me out, they told me they did not had any, then I kindly asked them if they could store at least 2 of the big ones until I could got the first one in, they told me they could not, since they could not store any luggage as they would be liable for any theft that could happened to it! So I tried to pull the 3 of them into the elevator, after all that exercise I finally got to my room, a filthy old carpet received me with different colors, it was just like those type of things you would throw to the trash as soon as you see them, all the bath with mold, all seemed old and dirty.
