In working with the staff, I was able to communicate to them everything and was also able to understand what they were informing me.

I stayed in this hotel as a last minute reservation and the staff was quite nice. The hotel is close to a major metro station and it was easy to get to the airport. Shopping is very close by (restaurants, movies, stores, trains, etc.), as is a post office (around the corner) and change bureau (a block away).

I enjoyed my stay inside the hotel. The staff was helpful and efficient. The room was adequate for the travel agency price...a refrigerator in the room would have been handy for me. My only concern was the location; many people loitering on the adjoining streets day and night, and adjacent Metro station gates locked during early morning operating hours for what I assume are crime-related reasons. That made it difficult for me to find a more-distant open Metro station that had ticket machines available for catching an early-morning air flight.

I enjoyed my stay at the Regina Opera Hotel...it was a pleasant jogging distance from the opera house as well as Notre Dame, the Louvre, etc. The room is adequate-comfortable bed. The staff were helpful and kind. Breakfast was good. I was very pleased.
