Very close to the tube stop and the neighborhood is wonderful. Traveling with my 10 year old son and we had a great time. The pool is nice.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It would be nicer if the hotel would ban smoking. The halls smelled badly of smoke. We had to relocate to get away from the smoke. Even non smoking areas tend to pick up the smell. The rooms were very very nice and the hotel was clean except for the lingering smoke smell. Also, internet and breakfast should be included

Hotel is very nice and up to standards of a hotel of this category. It is not very centrally located, but I needed to be in the Swiss Cottage area. Bar service was a bit slow, but room service was very efficient. Food was very good.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a Tube stop in a safe part of London. We stayed nine nights there. Our party of three ate in their restaurants, both pub style and the more formal area, used the newly refurbished swimming pool, used the hotel's computer near the lobby to check in for our return flight (all gratis) and received accurate and appreciated information from the concierge desk. The staff is gracious and willing to assist in any way possible. We found the beds comfortable, the housekeeping very good. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
