My first piece of advice - If you do not have a car or know how to use the bus in Luxembourg City, this may not be the place for you. A taxi for the 10 km drive from the airport to the hotel is 30 euro. The hotel does operate an a shuttle bus, but only from the hotel to the airport, not the other way around unless you call in advance and they have availability. It is also a good ways from downtown, so plan on relying on either the shuttle or the city bus (city bus is highly recommended - fast, reliable and cheap).
However, once you do finally get there, this is a nice hotel. The appearance is fine, even for an older building. The room was clean and spacious. Overall, the service at the front desk was very good. However, it is a "nickel and dime" type of facility. We had to pay 17 euro for one day of internet access (ouch, but we had to have it). I also paid 4 euro to print a grand total of six pages in the business center.
I'll close with a positive - it is a quiet place, with a somewhat rural setting. There are some walking paths behind the hotel that lead into the adjacent woods and a small park.
