Needed a room for just one night while waiting for our flight after a cruise. Price was right. Hotel was convenient to city bus line, and free trolly around the old city. Front desk clerk was helpful and we were able to leave our bags there till our room was ready. Adjacient restaurant was pricy, but food was good. Overall very satisifed for a brief stay.

The hotel was nice enough, although not in the nicest part of town, it was located close to a bus stop that took us straight to old San Juan. We did like the fact that we had a fridge in the room.

Overall this hotel is very nice. Very clean, comfortable and accessible. Bed was average at best though. Friendly staff. I grew up in Puerto Rico so I did not need more than this. Plenty of stores, cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies really close by. Beaches and attractions are within a 5-10 minute ride. If I were to go on a pure island vacation I would not stay here. I had a short business trip so it was perfect but believe me, I wanted to be on the water...and it would have not cost me much more.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The only thing that i didn't like was the area. Right down the street there were people laying in the streets and no one seemed to mind or care. i know that this is not the fault of the hotel, it is a govt. problem. Other than that there were some great dining areas nearby but get some tips and suggestions from the staff who spoke both english and spanish and tour the island. They also had a great restaurant in the hotel.
