    I was impressed with the knowledge of the hotel staff, especially the front desk. it was our first time in huntsville, al and we were given directions which took us ...

    I was impressed with the knowledge of the hotel staff, especially the front desk. It was our first time in Huntsville, AL and we were given directions which took us directly to the hotel. I was very impressed with security measures--had to use a phone or key to enter the main lobby after dark. It was close to the University of Alabama, restaurants, and the mall. It was in a great location because it was also close to the people we were visiting there. I was so comfortable there that I watched a DVD that I had brought from home.
