We stayed here after leaving the Grand Canyon a day early due to weather. The front desk staff accommodated us with an early check-in, and they were very friendly. We were very close to restaurants, and a short ride away from the airport the next morning.
Clean, great staff, realively close to the freedid way. but personally did not like the sleepnumber bed. i would just recommend getting a room without the sleepnumber bed.

We stayed here on a road trip from Dallas to Vegas and this hotel was nice. We had a beautiful view from our window. The rooms were fair though the decor was a bit antiquated for my tastes and our sleep number bed didn't work. The restaurant's food was average and the kids enjoyed the pool. Some of the staff seemed a little snooty, but most were friendly. Nice place to stay an evening or two, but I wouldn't want to spend a week.

I reserved two rooms online. When we arrived the desk clerk insisted that only ONE room had been reserved. Despite having the one room at the agreed upon rate, he initially claimed he was all booked & could not give us the second room. Afer an argument in the lobby, he agreed to give us a room, but at a significantly higher rate. We grudgingly accepted. Surprisingly, when the credit card bill came we were charged for TWO rooms at the lower rate and also for another room at the higher rate. Had to go through the hassle of requesting a refund. Hotel was OK, a little "tired". Also, a freight train want by about every 1/2 hour. If you have to say there, stay on the front side of the building.
