I booked a suite which shows 2 rooms on the internet with 2 queen beds and was given a large one room with a pullout coach and king bed. The maid never restocked the coffee and did an average job recleaning the room. I don't like to complain but the staff was not helpful and a manager was no where to be found. I will never stay there again and caution others to double-check your reservations to make sure you know what your getting. There are too many other nice hotels in the area that I would look at first.

We were very comfortable staying here. The convenience of having stores and restaurants close by was a definite plus. The rooms and the facilities were in excellent condition and very clean. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here on our next visit.

We decided to spend a bit more than our budget for one night of our 5 night stay in Arizona. We were traveling in the off season and decided to find an indoor pool for our 9 year old daughter. The hotel seems fairly new, room was very comfortable and furnished nicely. Had a refridgerator and microwave in room. Pool and work-out room were open until 10pm and reopened at 6 am allowing us to use the pool twice during one night stay. Only draw back was that the hotel was just off the highway and we had to drive to get to downdown Prescott. As long as you have a car....I highly recommend this hotel.

We spent one night at the HolidayInn Express. The hotel was clean and beds were very comfortable. The room had lots of space. The breakfast that was offered in the morning was amazing with a large choice of breakfast items. Not just your typical continental breakfast. I would stay here again with no complaints.
