Greeting was welcoming and made me feel like they knew what was going on. Did not have to re-register or go over the paper work again. Nice people and nice room. No complaints at all. I would stay at this best western again. The staff at the downtown Best Western even directed me here after realizing we were at the wrong location. Very helpful.

The room was ok for the price we paid however there was a very large gap under the door and the room was very cold. The heater took a very long time to warm up and was very noisy.

The hotel was nicer than the photos online showed which was great. The parking lot was very large and made it easy to get a spot near where our room was located. The rooms were clean, updated and pleasant. And the beds were comfortable. I had read in other reviews that a lot of the hotels had traffic noise; however, we didn't have any issues with noise. The disadvantage to the hotel is that you have to drive into town to go any restaurants other than the one next door. The place next door has great food but lacks in atmosphere and is expensive. We would stay there again if we went to Durango -- overall it was a good hotel.

This is a nice place to stay. Has outside enterances so you can pull right up to your room and unload your stuff without having to drag it miles. The rooms are bit small so we moved to a suite and these are perfect for families. We could put our kids to bed and still watch TV and visit. The views from the back are great. The people here will do anything for you and are really friendly. It is also very clean. We have stayed in the summer and the winter and it is expensive in the summer. We compared all others and this was the best value.
