The room was wonderful, just be careful of exterior stairs.

We were very impressed with the quality of our studio condo we stayed in. Staff was very friendly. The only thing that you need to be aware of is that entry steps can be unsafe. Hand rails are almost non existent. Water from a dripping roof line landed right on metal grid steps and the clear ice could not be seen causing a fall and injury that ended our trip early. Staff was helpful, called EMS right away and we have be contacted by the insurance immediately. Hopefully the problem will get fixed. We will go again.

Close to the Keystone ski slopes with transportation to the bottom of the ski hill provided. Easy to find, with good access to other surrounding ski areas and I70. We enjoyed a fire every evening and the room was quite comfortable with kitchen accessories, large TV with cable and comfortable seating. Would highly reccommend.

These are older condos, but you can only tell by the architecture. It was clean, comfy, and well stocked. My husband and I appreciated the good quality and amount of dishes available in the kitchen. The bed which was part of the fireplace structure was unbelievably comfortable and warm. The shops surrounding the lake/skating rink are greatly accessible. We plan to stay again in the summer to see the skating rink melt into a lake!
Good accomodation - out of control wait time for check-in and other problems

Forest Condominiums at Keystone, which is really just a catch-all for some of the older keystone condo properties, is a really good deal if you the patience to navigate through some of its shortcomings. First of all, its not entirely obvious where to check-in. Check-in is at the Keystone Lodge and Spa. We drove around looking for a Forest Condominium sign for at least a half-hour, up and down Highway 6, at midnight, while it was snowing and with Jet Lag setting in. Then when we finally figured out where to check-in, an irate and slightly intoxicated guest was causing problems at the front desk and we had to wait another 45 minutes for him to be dealt with before I could get my room key card. They need two people at the check-in desk. The front desk staff member was also acting as the concierge parking guy. The out of control part was that we were placed in a condo that recently had a pipe burst, probably due to the low temperatures they were experiencing. We set our bags down and through off our shoes only to be standing on a rug saturated with an inch of water in the living room. Some of our clothes in our bags got wet and certainly my socks. Now its 2 am and we are really really angry. I call the desk from the room and they switch our accommodation to another building and on a second floor. We go to pick up our new card key so we get into the room and end up having to wait behind a line of people yet again. We finally had a dry condo and place to sleep at about 3 am (5 am Eastern Time). We were exhausted and a bit angry at the management of Keystone Condominiums. The next three nights were uneventful and the condo itself clean and spacious. Were it not for the first night, my review would have went an entirely differently route. Cheers.
