We never reserve a smoking room but due to circumstances we had to settle for one. We stayed in the room for two nights. Previous guest must have smoked 5 cigars a day. Clothing that was packed and left in luggage wreaked of smoke upon returning home. Woke up with bloody nose and dry throat as if we smoked a pack the night before. Yes i know, this is why you don't stay in a smoking room if you're a non-smoker....There were crusty boogers on the wall, the phone and remote were filthy ( i always wipe these down with clorox wipes anyhow). It was about convenience this time around. I can say that I will go to the Pueblo Chili fest but will definitely stay in a different hotel.

We came across this Hotel about 2 months ago and have been using it ever since for our home away from home getaways..The New Owner is Awessssome, He makes you feel right at home, and also is someone that we will call our friend because every time we open that front door to enter he is standing there with a big Smile and a Warm Hello..and a Welcome Back.. He has always been so accommodating to our needs at each visit, The rooms are Wonderful, the beds..well the beds are so Nice I wanna take it home with me, they are so comfy , The room's themselves are very very clean and the rest of his Staff are very nice and with Smiles on their faces..always a big plus with us...Breakfast is always nice and they make a mean cup of coffee to get your day started..Thank you so much Days INN for being our family away from HOME...You all ROCK!

The service was good! The only problem we had was somebody's alarm clock that went off in the middle of the night which woke us up. The alarm clock must have been set to full volume on music. The manager was called and it was turned off.
