Noone at the front desk seemed the least bit interested in helping me. There was no bellman, he was out on a airport run, so it was up to me! The parking was horrible, have to pay $8 to self park in a tiny parking garage with very narrow parking spots, doesn't work well unless you drive a compact car! I cant believe you have to pay $9 to use internet in the room, way to nickel and dime a guest! The room was quiet and overlooked the pool on the 5th floor. There was mold in the bathroom around the shower which was pretty gross. The carpet had many stains and the ceiling was missing the popcorn spray in some spots. The most annoyed woman worked behind the starbucks counter in the morning, not my idea of a way to start a morning!The location of the hotel to the FSU campus is great but I doubt I will stay there again.

Overall, very positive experience. Great location, convenient parking, clean room, etc. Only problem was that the room backed up to the elevator...constant noise!

I am sorry to say the room i had i did not care for. The bathroom was dirty, the seams in the tub wall were separating. All night long i heard the elevator.

The hotel was very conveniently located for our needs on Tallahassee. The bar and restaurant were good for the evening, we went down the street (almost next door) to Avenue for a great breakfast. The room was comforatable. The parking deck is very tight. I suggested to management that they add a continuous fan seting to the AC to generate some white noise that would help drown out noisy guests coming in late. Free internet would be a plus. We would stay here again.
